We do not provide refunds for items that are not defective. Please inspect each item upon receipt for damages.  If the item is defective, send us an email stating that the item is defective and that you would like a replacement. Provide your name, mailing address, item description, and date of purchase. We will respond back to you within 48 hours with instructions to mail it back to us.

You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return defective merchandise.  We will credit your credit card the shipping charges after we have sent your replacement.

You may request a full refund on courses and vendor tables up until the day prior to the event.
