Organization is IntelligenceAfter surveying the field of non-profits and being highly impressed with their programs and initiatives, we endeavored not to duplicate their missions but to incorporate other favorable aspects such as articles and commentaries, mentoring, affiliations with high schools and colleges, etc. Our mission, at least in our minds, is to manifest our greatest expression of intelligence--not verbal or artistic intelligence--but organizational intelligence. Organization is intelligence. We seek to develop and support our largest institutions because they have the greatest potential to help most of us via employment, education, and healthcare. These three, once sufficiently realized, alleviate negative factors such as criminality, illicit drug usage, teen pregnacy, and disparate health issues. Our corporations, HBCUs, school districts, professional organizations, technology organizations, social service organizations, and churches, once highly organized and interdependent, allow us to express the greatest measure of intelligence--self and group determination. No amount of appealing to personal responsibility or moralizing will propel us forward more than group organization.
